September Bible Reading Questions:  I am attempting to understand Old Testament ways of how the woman was treated, in accordance with God's Word.  I am so very thankful that we live under a new and better covenant bought with Jesus' blood who came to set men and women FREE!Deuteronomy 22:13-19 Why would an innocent woman want to be doubly punished by being accused by her husband that she is not a virgin and then after her innocence is proven has to remain married to a man who doesn't want her? Also, in Deuteronomy 22:28-29  Why would a woman, sexually humiliated by a man, now be forced to become his wife? What kind of marriage is this?

While reading 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17, I was stirred to pray for the body of Christ on every continent. I named each continent/islands/nations asking the Jesus and God the Father, by his grace to give all of us eternal comfort, a good hope, and to comfort our hearts and strengthen us in every good word and deed.  I specifically included those who are going through rough times and those who are imprisoned because of their beliefs as a Christian. I asked the Lord to help us to stand, not be easily offended or discouraged. I called the church to rise up and take our place in these last days, not to be moved by the devil's attacks.  According to James 4:7, that we first submit ourselves to God, put our trust in him -- resist the devil and HE MUST FLEE from us, in Jesus' name!
